This survey is from the staff at the National Center for Bicycling & Walking. We're looking for your evaluation of the conference just held in Madison, Wisc. We're also hoping you'll provide any input you think would be useful as we begin planning for our next biennial conference, to be held in Seattle, Washington, in 2008. Please answer the following 26 questions -- it should only take about five minutes of your time. For most answers, check the boxes most applicable to you or fill in the blanks. You must enter an answer for each question or the survey will not be accepted as valid. Please limit fill-in-the-blank answers to 50 words or less.
