Up to 8 Workshops and additional Meetings as Requested, Pre- and Post-Workshop Debrief, Ongoing Technical Support

This is our most flexible Walkable Community Workshop package. Our facilitators will arrive at least one day before the workshop to visit the workshop sites, walk the routes, and become familiar with local conditions. If requested, the facilitators will conduct a pre-workshop briefing for MPO staff, local officials, and others. While the typical workshop is 4 hours long, we will discuss the possibility of some longer or shorter workshops, depending on the needs of the local community. In addition to the workshops, we will be available to meet with local business groups, offer presentations to elected officials and others --to give just a few examples. We will also consider the possibility of evening workshops. At the end of the week we will conduct a post workshop debriefing for the local coordinator and other interested parties. During this debriefing we will offer suggestions of next steps, and work with the client to come up with a plan for implementation.
