Similar to Package 1, it includes the Washington DC training, a pre workshop site assessment by the facilitators, a post workshop debriefing and strategy session, and ongoing technical support as needed. The three day format is less flexible because it does not offer the option of workshop deferral.

This package is ideal for smaller to mid-sized Metropolitan Planning Organizations and smaller to mid-sized cities.
